How do I know if a Team Member or Bot has joined my Zone?

If a Team Member has joined your Zone, they will no longer be listed as “Pending” in the Quick Access bar.

If you are an Admin or Owner of the Zone, there are two additional ways to tell if a member or Bot has actively joined:

  1. You’ll see the device’s message in the “New Users” channel when they have actively joined the zone
  2. If you click on the Member’s name and go to the Team Member Information page, you will usually be able to see some statistics on any member or Bot who is or has been active in your Zone. Please note that it is possible that you may not see statistics if you are using a relatively new device yourself, and the member has not been online while you have also been online on that device.
